What can you expect from the Holistic Core Restore® Program?

It’s a 6 week course and can be done in a small group (maximum 10), or on a 1-1 basis (face to face or online).

The group courses run regularly throughout the year.

The ‘Every woman program’ focuses on pelvic floor fitness and deeply improving your core strength. There are 9 different programs in total and it depends on where you are on your journey to better pelvic health

You will learn about your core, your pelvic floor, fitness and nutrition.

It is not normal to leak and as Holistic Core Coaches we will not accept that its ok to wear pads. Something can be done and every woman deserves to have the confidence to laugh and sneeze and even run if they want to.

You will have access for life to a homework site with videos to guide you through the program so you can join in with the creator of the system, Jenny Burrell. Much better than following a sheet of written exercises.

You can expect to learn how to breathe properly to reconnect with your pelvic floor and core.

You will be rewarded with a feeling of confidence in your own body and its functions.

So how does it work?

On application to join the programme, you’ll be asked to complete our HCR® Red Flag Pre-Screen to decide if this ‘conservative’ exercise-based program is right for you or whether you need clinical attention.

If you’re a great fit you’ll then meet with me face to face or online and go through a pre-screening which includes tests for your core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the program can truly be tailored to your needs.

You’ll then be all set to attend for your first session where you’ll receive your HCR® Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course at no extra cost.

You’ll receive your login details for the HCR® Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view your additional homework videos, healing education and recipe booklet.  Both homework and following the HCR® Healing Nutrition Principles are essential parts of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the program. Your Coach will guide you through these principles to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating real food - no fad diets here!

This program runs for 6-weeks, you will have contact with me once per week and complete your online homework, which is approximately 10-20 mins in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell, the program creator. The homework exercises are designed so over the course of the 6 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging.

Working out with Julie has not only helped me to be active, fitter than ever in my life, but the personalized training sessions gave me confidence to play in any position in cricket from bowling, opening batting to wicket keeping these days.

I had lost hopes of playing cricket or any other outdoor sport after knee injury in 2012. I can't recommend Julie highly enough. Two years ago I had health issues which resulted in my having 2 stent implants.
