I’ve really enjoyed the journey that the ZenWoman course has taken me on and have found a new passion for meditation. The course has allowed me to take time out for myself and by doing so has been me feel very calm and connected to myself in both mind & body. Meditation & my gratefulness journal is something that I will continue into the future & I now feel equipped to deal with everyday stresses & strains with my meditation tool box! Thank you to Julie for being such a great coach & guiding us through the weeks without judgement but with compassion xx

The ZenWoman programme forces you to make time for yourself and focus on things that often get forgotten when life is so busy. I found the meditation aspects harder as I had never done this before but the variety meant I found a style that could be used in future. The programme has provided benefits that I don’t think were even intended as part of the course content as through the weekly mindfulness task I have managed to overcome a barrier that has been stopping me doing something I love for over a year now!

I have found the ZenWoman course both thought provoking and also rather challenging. The meditation has had the most impact on me but being a very positive person the gratefullness section has left me a little bewildered as to what to write down as I truly believe that I am living a grateful life
