What can you expect from the 3rd Age Woman course?

It’s a 6 week course and can be done on a 1-1 or in a group, face to face or online.

The group courses run regularly throughout the year.

The course focuses on hormones, the stages of menopause, bone health, pelvic dysfunctions nutrition and much more.

You will learn, feel and see the difference in many ways by the end of the course.

You will have time to focus on yourself and what needs to be changed.

You will have access to exercise videos suitable for this time in your life. Sorry but there are no burpees !

You will receive a nutrient dense, healthy eating plan.

So how does it work?

On application  to join the course , you’ll be asked to complete our  Signs of Perimenopausal Hormonal Imbalance Questionnaire

You’ll then meet with me face to face or online to go through your answers, so that we know where you are on your 3rd Age journey and we can plan ahead depending on whether you are attending a small group course, 1-1 or online

You’ll then be all set to start  your first session of the 6 weeks

You’ll receive your  3rd Age  Optimum Nutrition booklet.

This is an essential part of the puzzle and when followed will truly improve your results and the value you derive from the course. This will guide you through easy recipes and ideas to help you find simple ways for you to make a big difference to how you support your health via eating ‘just real food’.

This programme runs for 6-weeks and you will have contact with me once a week via email

The Homework exercises are progressed and so over the course of the 6 weeks, as your strength and co-ordination improves, the exercises will become more challenging. You will have a weekly video workout to follow and I recommend you do this 3-4 times a week.

You can decide whether you want to do the course online in your own time, on a 1-1 basis in my studio or attend one of my regularly run local courses

Working out with Julie has not only helped me to be active, fitter than ever in my life, but the personalized training sessions gave me confidence to play in any position in cricket from bowling, opening batting to wicket keeping these days.

I had lost hopes of playing cricket or any other outdoor sport after knee injury in 2012. I can't recommend Julie highly enough. Two years ago I had health issues which resulted in my having 2 stent implants.
